Regular Supervision and Communication

• A communication log is kept on the site for clients to log issues, which is regularly checked by our supervisors.
• This log is also used for time management where cleaners log in & log out times for security reasons. At the end of the cleaning, our cleaners call the operations Manager that the scheduled work has been completed before leaving the premises.
